I am an experienced senior Business Manager, leading Teams through challenging periods of change, always delivering positive outcomes and growth for the organisations and people I have worked with. I am inquisitive by nature and utilize a mix of traditional and non-traditional thinking when identifying solutions to current situations. 

Additionally, I established, grew and ultimately sold my own business, so I understand the challenge of managing People, Customer Expectations, Cashflow, Finance, Growth, not enough Growth, too much Growth, while continuing to build equity and a healthy Balance Sheet.

I am now looking to utilise my knowledge and experience to help Business Owners and Senior Executives to develop and apply strategies that will deliver positive outcomes.
